Account & data deletion
To request permanent deletion of your Sports Global account and associated personal data, choose Data deletion or export request in the form below and submit it. Use the email address registered to your account.
In the Sports Global app you can also go to Me → Settings → Request account deletion.
- We may contact you at your registered email to confirm the request is yours.
- Once processed, your account, profile and associated personal data are deleted or anonymised. This cannot be undone.
- Some records are kept where the law or security requires it — for example payment records for accounting, and fraud-prevention or security records. See our Privacy Policy.
- A Pro subscription billed by Sports Global stops renewing when the deletion is processed.
