Rules for using Sports Global responsibly, including prohibited behavior, abuse controls, and enforcement.

SPORTS GLOBAL – ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets rules for using the Sports Global Platform (the “Platform”), including Sports Global-powered league sites/apps, FanHub, and related services.
This AUP forms part of our Terms of Use. Breaches may result in content removal, feature restrictions, suspension, or permanent bans.

1) Don’t break the law or harm others
You may not use the Platform to:
commit or encourage illegal activity,
threaten, harass, bully, or target individuals,
share content that incites violence or hatred,
exploit or endanger minors,
doxx or share private/personal information without permission.
2) Don’t abuse the Platform or other users
You may not:
spam, flood, or repeatedly post the same/similar content,
manipulate engagement (fake likes/reactions, brigading, vote manipulation),
create multiple accounts to evade moderation, bans, or limits,
impersonate others or mislead users in a harmful way,
coordinate harassment or organized attacks on other users.
3) No scams, fraud, or deceptive behaviour
You may not:
run scams, phishing, or social engineering attacks,
post malicious links or deceptive offers,
promote pyramid schemes or fraudulent giveaways,
attempt to obtain someone else’s login credentials or payment details.
4) No malware or harmful code
You may not:
upload, distribute, or link to malware, spyware, ransomware, or harmful code,
embed malicious scripts or attempt to execute code on other users’ devices,
use the Platform to host payloads, exploit kits, or command-and-control infrastructure.
5) Security and access rules
You may not:
probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Platform or related systems without explicit written permission,
bypass authentication, rate limits, paywalls, or access controls,
attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorised to access,
interfere with or disrupt the Platform (including DDoS attempts or traffic flooding),
use any method to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code except to the extent permitted by applicable law.

6) Scraping, crawling, and automated access (anti-scraping)
Unless we have given you written permission, you may not:
scrape, crawl, harvest, or index Platform content using automated means,
use bots to extract match data, content, user data, or media at scale,
use headless browsers or automation to simulate user traffic to collect data,
bypass robots.txt, rate limits, or anti-bot measures.
We may implement technical controls (rate limiting, bot detection, IP/device restrictions) and enforce them at our discretion.
7) API usage (if/when provided)
If Sports Global provides an API or integration features:
you may only use them in accordance with the applicable API terms and documentation,
you must not exceed published rate limits or attempt to circumvent quotas,
you must keep API keys secure and rotate them if compromised,
you must not re-sell or redistribute data unless explicitly permitted in writing.
8) Data protection and privacy
You may not:
collect personal data from the Platform without a lawful basis and consent where required,
attempt to re-identify users from aggregated/anonymised data,
publish or share personal data of others without permission.
9) Advertising and promotions
Unless specifically authorised:
you may not post unsolicited advertising, affiliate links, or commercial promotions,
you may not use the Platform to run giveaways/contests without written permission,
you may not misrepresent yourself as affiliated with Sports Global, leagues, or sponsors.
Approved sponsors and partners may be subject to separate policies and content standards.
10) Copyright and intellectual property
You may not:
upload or distribute copyrighted material you do not have rights to (including full match broadcasts/clips where not authorised),
infringe trademarks or misrepresent ownership,
remove or alter rights management information.
Rights-holder notices should be sent to support@sportsglobal.eu.
11) Enforcement
If you violate this AUP, we may take action, including:
removing or restricting content,
limiting features (posting, messaging, uploading, reactions)
temporary suspensions,
permanent bans,
blocking or restricting IP addresses/devices where permitted by law,
reporting to authorities where required.
We may act with or without notice where necessary to protect users, the Platform, or legal compliance.
12) Updates
We may update this AUP from time to time. We will post the latest version on the Platform and update the “Last updated” date.
